The library was the highlight of her childhood and she relates that she has been ‘fortunate’ to have the ability to find joy in what others have written and to also give this to her readers sometimes. Katherine follows her own muse, and it ends up taking her on some interesting adventures. She started her writing career with a biography of Anne Rice titled Prism of the Night.
